Registration

  • Registration will be closed on 30 June 2025.
  • The registration fee is RM700 per participant (excluding tax).
  • Registration fee includes refreshments and lunch. Accommodation is NOT included.
  • A certificate of attendance (e-certificate) will be issued to each participant only after the course feedback is submitted by the participant. The course feedback form will be accessible via a QR code on the event website during and after the event.

Payment

  • All payment MUST only be made through the iPay88 payment gateway.
  • Payment is per participant.
  • Participants are required to submit the payment slips as proof of payment on the registration form. The registration will only be complete after the proof of payment is attached and submitted.
  • An official invoice and receipt will be emailed to the participant once the payment has been confirmed.
  • Borang tempahan pesanan kerajaan / Local Purchase Order (LPO) is accepted for Malaysian government agencies. For participants paying using LPO, we will contact you by email after your registration.
  • Kindly be informed that all payments are non-refundable. However, requests for participant substitution may be considered, subject to the terms and conditions determined by the organising committee.

HRD Corp (for Malaysian participants only)

  • The Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), previously known as the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), is a statutory agency under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. Established in 2001 under the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 (PSMB Act 2001), HRD Corp plays a key role in advancing Malaysia human capital development. Its core functions include collecting levies from registered employers and financing training and development initiatives to improve the skills and capabilities of the Malaysian workforce.
  • MJS 2025 has been approved as an HRD Corp-claimable programme, which allows eligible employers—those registered with and contributing to HRD Corp—to submit claims for reimbursement, in accordance with the terms and conditions set by HRD Corp.
